Intelligent Waves, a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has an immediate need for a Project Manager to support our mission critical work for our government customers CONUS and OCONUS. This position is a 72 hour work with, 6 days a week, 12 hour shift.   Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  - Supports execution of programs to include all financial management and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning and financial reporting.  - Performs complex evaluations of existing procedures, processes, techniques, models, and/or systems related to management problems or contractual issues that require reports and recommends solutions.   - Prepares charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.   - Provides supervision, training and direction to staff.  - Acts as the secondary point of contact for Government and team personnel.  - Responsible for supporting coordination of multiple Task Leads across multiple tasks and locations.   - Supports all aspects of project startup and ongoing execution, to include the identification, tracking, managing, and resolving of project issues; proactively disseminate project information to all stakeholders, as requested by Program Manager; identify, manage and mitigates project risk; ensures that the solution is of acceptable quality.   - Proactively manages scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management.   - Collects metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable; and manages the overall schedule to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget.  - Works with Finance and Project Control to identify Budget, milestones and burn to ensure tasks are delivered within allotted timeframe and under budget.   - Gather knowledge from appropriate data sources, tagging it with meta-data to summarize its characteristics, and structuring it on enterprise collaboration tools to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.   - Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders  - Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.   - Perform other Duties as assigned  Qualifications:  - Ability to Travel 20% of the time, with at least annual trips Oversees to forward facing locations.   - Bachelor's degree in related field plus minimum of 5 years of experience. 5 additional years’ experience can be substituted for education.  - At least 2 years’ experience supporting large scale Professional Services type programs both CONUS and OCONUS.   - PMP certified preferred.  - Ability to work well with others.   - Good communication skills.  - Self-starter – minimal supervision required.   - Good organizational skills. - Proficient in MS Office tools. - Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Since 2006, Intelligent Waves has remained committed to providing quality engineering, operations, and intelligence solutions to our clients and it all starts with YOU.  Intelligent Waves provides a great and generous benefits package to include medical, dental and vision, paid PTO, life & disability packages. Intelligent Waves, a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Fed/DoD Contractor, has an outstanding new opportunity for a Program Manager to support our DOD contract in Oahu Hawaii.  The candidate must either live or be willing to relocate to Oahu, Hawaii. The PM shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of this TO. **PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS IN THE PROPOSAL STAGE ** Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Make decisions for the contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations issues. The PM shall assign tasking to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall TO performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors. Qualifications: Required: 1. Current Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Level III, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional (PMP) certification. 2. Possess an active DOD Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI). (DOD TS/SCI) Desired: 1. Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the in accordance with ISO 9001 and PMBOK methodologies and approach for a project or program with multiple concurrent Task Orders value at $150M+. - Experience with VTC and Command Center Modernization. - Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations, preferably in the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) AOR. 4. Experience with SOFA requirements, regulations, and processes within the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) AOR.
