Intelligent Waves, a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has a need for a Program Manager, pending award, to support a critical DoD customer. The Program Managerwill provide mission essential operations and sustainment services for a worldwide IT-based Weapons System. The Program Manager will lead a major Prime contract with multiple Subcontractors to successfully execute the mission. 

Location: This Program Manageris based in Warner Robins, GA 

Travel: Ability to travel (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 25of the time and will be reimbursed based on IW policy, GSA Per Diem rates and DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as required.  

Security Clearance: This Program Managermust be a United States Citizen and hold a current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. 




  • Manage all aspects of the program, to include: task direction, administration, quality assurancefinancial management and both technical and programmatic leadership. 
  • Manage IW and subcontractor personnel 
  • Assist the Government in planning, executing and maintaining capability development programs and projects across the multi discipline Intelligence spectrum in accordance with and in compliance with customer and all other applicable rules, regulations, processes and procedures. Implement best practice planning and strategic support spanning the full management life cycle. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Project Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Quality Control Plan (QCP) 
  • Identify, monitor and control risks to program or project execution. 
  • Ensure that all contract deliverables are submitted on time and in the government provided format. 
  • Generate the customer Monthly Status Report (MSR) using the Government's format 
  • Convene a monthly Contract Activity and Status Meeting with the TPOC, COR, and other key Government stakeholders to present the MSR to all stakeholders and keep them informed. 
  • Develop and execute Transition In/Out plans 
  • Provide summarized program reporting including forecasts. 
  • Provide Program Management practice mentoring to senior level delivery teams and determine the PM training needs of delivery teams. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technical Field 
  • Ideal candidates will have a Masters’ Degree in Technical Field 
  • 10+ years of IT Management 
  • 5+ Years of ISR experience 
  • DOD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I certifications
